    板式熱交換器

    工作原理:
                板式熱換熱器是由一組波紋金屬板組成,上有四個角孔,供傳熱的兩種液體通過。金屬板片安裝在一個側面有固定板和活動壓緊板的框架內,并用夾緊螺栓夾緊。板片上裝有密封墊片,將流體通道密封,并且引導流體交替地流至各自的通通內,形成熱交換。流體的流量,物理性質,壓力降和溫度差決定了板片的數量和尺寸。板片的波紋不僅提高了湍流程度并且形成許多支撐點,足以承受介質間的壓力差,金屬板和活動壓緊板懸掛在上導桿上并由下導桿定位,而桿端則固定在支撐柱上,但如果其中一種液體或兩種液體在螺旋板換熱器內不止通過一次,則接口應開在固定板和活動壓緊板上,在大多數場合使用單程,所有管路都連接固定壓板上,檢查拆鞋打開換熱器,不必拆卸管道。

    Plate heat exchanger is composed of a group of corrugated metal plates with four corner holes through which two liquids for heat transfer pass.
